Baby Boomers are Staying Put!

Posted on 19. Oct, 2007 by Chris Lang in Baby Boomers, Investment Opportunity

According to a survey commissioned by Fujitsu ...
"Four out of five of those aged between 55 and 65 favour independent living in the future, even if they have significant health problems ..."

You can read the full article appearing in The Financial Review, which also highlights a total lack of action being taken by the property market, to accommodate this growing and specific requirement.

Reading this ought not come as a surprise — because I flagged it with you back in mid-2006. Since, then I have been putting together a creative (and very profitable) strategy to capitalize upon this wave of opportunity.

It is possible to genuinely meet all the "stated desires" of these ageing Boomers. And, at the same time, allow you to tap into this expanding niche market — as an astute property developer.

Perhaps you could let me know if you would like to become a strategic part of this opportunity — which will continue through until at least 2025.

    Hi Chris
I was led to your site from somersoft. I have read most of your archived ebulletins, and a lot of what you have to say , rings true, very loudly. In particular, I have had this apprehension for some time about the retiring baby boomers upselling, and flooding the metropolitan housing markets with stock, thereby driving house prices down for a sustained 10 to 15 year period. I am 48, have a reasonable amount of equity on hand, and would like to know more about the opportunities, that you are working on. I have read about the successful private syndicates here, and I feel that this is the way forward in creating wealth.

    Cheers

Hi Chris, did you actually put anything together on this theme? I think the demographic pressures of Australia's aging population will make this sector a long term winner.
