You obviously don't have kids, are a school teacher yourself or one of the failed kids as mentioned (from your spelling and grammar).

I hope you find a tenant literate enough to read the lease contract, and with enough self-respect and sense of purpose to succeed in life and pay the rent.

Some fair points but Gates is an educationalist and a massive supporter of schools.
