All year, people have been pestering me to know when it will be. Well, the date has now been set for Saturday 1 March.

Again, it will be held within the Melbourne CBD — to make it easy for those flying in from interstate and overseas.

The last full-day Workshop turned out to be far too crowded. So, this one will be limited to only 27 people!

And, therefore, it will be on a first-come-first-served basis!

Quite a few of you were rather quick to take advantage of the pre-30 June discount, for the set of Workshop DVDs — which is great! But that means I now have only a certain number left.

The simple reason for the reminder is that 30 June falls on a Sunday this year. Therefore, that makes it a short final week for the month — and I just don’t want you to miss out.

The response to the Property Workshop DVDs has really been quite amazing - both from those of you who attended, as well as those who were unable to make it on the day.

At the moment, I only have a number of these DVD Sets left — which you can now purchase at a special price, before 30 June. And, because they’re for Investment purposes … that means the cost to you would be Tax Deductible.

You’ll find when you click through, that the stated price for the DVDs will be $97 for the Set. However, I am reducing that to only $85 until 30 June — or until the remaining DVDs are sold!

Just place your order, and the special price of $85 is what you’ll actually pay. But you will need to move on this one.
